Amy Heckerling and Alicia Silverstone are reuniting again for the first time since Heckerling wrote and directed 'Clueless'. In the horror comedy 'Vamps', Alicia Silverstone and Krysten Ritter will portray New York socialite vampires whose freewheeling lifestyles are tripped up when blood is pumped into their romantic lives. Sigourney Weaver stars as the queen vamp who turned them into creatures of the night.
Casting Society of America Artios Award winning casting directors Amanda Mackey Cathy Sandrich Gelfond are hiring extras in the Detroit metro area to appear as background players in the film. Here is what they are currently seeking:
● Good looking, sexy, confident men in their mid 20’s through mid 30’s.
● Someone who looks like Edgar Allan Poe.
● A bunch of “hot” girls for some club scenes.
● Gothic type people/eccentric club kids/adults – just unique looking people.
● A young Richard Lewis – this should be a handsome guy in his 20’s, preferably with long hair.
Filming runs through September 13, 2010.
