Robert Redford Film 'The Conspirator' still needs extras through December, 2009

The feature film 'The Conspirator,' directed by acclaimed actor and director Robert Redford, is still conducting extra casting for filming set to begin in late-October and continuing into December. The extra casting department is still seeking men and women of all ages and types, but there is a specific need for the following movie extras:

● Women sizes 0-4­ with no obvious highlighted or frosted hair.

● Men of all types, ages 18-70, particularly those with facial hair and/or slight builds.

● Historical re-enactor types of all ages.

● Any men who have already applied to be extras are encouraged to continue letting their hair grow in length as well as growing facial hair.

Story:

Set against the ominous backdrop of post-Civil War Washington, The Conspirator follows the extraordinary trial of Mary Surratt, the lone woman among those charged with conspiring to kill Abraham Lincoln. Idealistic young war hero, Frederick Aiken reluctantly defends Surratt, eventually coming to believe in her innocence while struggling to find justice in a city bent on retribution
