Feature film 'The Diary of Preston Plummer' extras open casting call for Nassau County, FL

Wonder Entertainment, a California-based Film Production company needs 85 adult extras from Nassau County, and are holding an open casting call on July 25, 2010. They will be filming the romantic drama "The Diary of Preston Plummer" in Fernandina Beach, Florida during August, 2010 for 3 weeks. Looking for ordinary people, so come as you are. All ethnicities, ages and genders needed, however you must be over 18 Years of age.

In addition, officials from the Nassau County Film Commission will be attending this event compiling a list of extras for all future filmmakers filming in the area.

LOS ANGELES FILMING HAS BEEN COMPLETED

Transformers 3 is currently filming in Los Angeles and extras casting is now ongoing. Director Michael Bay has signed on to direct his third Transformers picture, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has replaced Megan Fox in quick order. Pre-shoots took place April, 2010.

The filming locations are set for Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Florida, Texas, Africa, Moscow and China. Principal photography is scheduled to run through July 1, 2010 in Los Angeles before moving on to Chicago and Washington, D.C. The release date is scheduled for July 1st, 2011.

The extras casting director for Transformers 3 in Los Angeles is looking for the following types:

● Seeking attractive 20-45 y.o. professional types, any ethnicity, who have not previously been to a wardrobe fitting or worked on Transformers 3. Seeking talent who are athletic, have great posture, and look very polished and professional. Photos in professional or trendy business attire are ideal. This will require a wardrobe fitting - fitting dates are TBD and the work dates are also TBD - sometime in late June, 2010 in Los Angeles. This will be multiple days of work for the majority of those fit for this group.

Open casting call for feature film 'Peace, Love, and Misunderstanding' in New York's Hudson Valley

The extras casting directors for the upcoming feature film "Peace, Love, and Misunderstanding" are holding an open casting call for local Hudson Valley people interested in appearing in the film. People of all ages and ethnicities are encouraged to apply. Please bring a headshot or recent photo.

Peace, Love, and Misunderstanding is directed by Academy Award nominated director Bruce Beresford (Breaker Morant, Tender Mercies, Black Robe, Driving Miss Daisy, Double Jeopardy) and stars Jane Fonda, Chase Crawford, and Catherine Keener. Shooting will take place locally in the Hudson Valley from mid‐July through the end of August.

Story:
